Sometimes it helps us to define and achieve our goals to have an outside perspective. Our Individual Coaching Process includes the following:
The process of understanding who you are and to lay the foundation for goal definition. Clients complete the Birkman Method online assessment and receive a detailed report of their strengths, interests and motivational drivers and have a 1 hour review of their report results. Clients also complete a detailed Coaching Questionnaire that requires them to ask the hard questions to begin formulating their goals.
Individual coaching sessions last either 30 minutes or 1 hour at a regularly scheduled period of time. These sessions take place in person, over the phone or via Skype.
Are you stuck working through goal definition or goal achievement and just need a helping hand? Special one-hour coaching sessions can be scheduled to help you get unstuck and on your way to goal achievement.
Group coaching allows you to benefit from the perspective of not only your coach but also the other participants. Participants take the Birkman self assessment receive a report of their strengths, interests and motivational drivers and participate in an individual feedback session. Group coaching sessions take place via webinar two times a month for four months for a total of 12 hours of coaching.
